USC Warriors' Fil-Australian rookie John Emel Rowe(6'4" PF/C) was named as a late replacement to the CeSAFI Basketball selection that will compete in Hong Kong's 17th Super Kung Sheung Cup on December 16-21, 2008. Rowe replaces UV Green Lancers' Gregory William Slaughter(6'11" C) who will instead join the Philippine national basketball team in the ASEAN CBO Men's Basketball Invitational in Pingguo, Guanxi, China on December 17-21, 2008. Rowe is the only player from the USC Warriors named to the team.
